General Policies

PROJECTION APPOINTMENT - Only completed  finished work is sold by S.A. Chrobak, Ltd.  Proofs or unfinished work will not be created or sold at anytime, in that it is a poor reflection of our work.  All viewing of our original images is done from special slides, made from the original negatives.  These slides are shown when we meet at the projection appointment.
Use of a projector affords optimum control over the images allowing demonstrations of all specific sizes and format requested, with easy viewing of small but important details that might otherwise go unnoticed by the client at this time.  In addition, projecting the original images facilitates efficient viewing by several individuals simultaneously and insures that what you see presented is what you get in terms of crop, sizes and format, as opposed to having to guess what a a certain size or crop will look like later, from a miniature image or proof.

PRICING - All finished work 10" and smaller is sold per piece, at $250.00 per image.  All larger portraits are sold as priced on the current signature series price list according to their size, category and presentation.  The most purchased custom color print sizes range from $250.00 to $1250.00 in increments of about $200.00 per size.

FINAL BILLING -  The initial invoice may not include charges for  "Non included" art work requested by the client on their finished order (i. e., generally for the purpose of embellishment of reconstruction), rush fees or for any services "Not included" that are ordered.  These charges are based on time spent, or fees incurred in producing your order as specified and will be billed to the clients that request them on their final bill, after we receive them.

SHIPPING SERVICE - Though we like to personally present our finished work at your home, to insure complete customer satisfaction we do offer a shipping service which includes proper packaging, handling and insurance.  This is available on request or when long distances make it inconvenient to deliver finished work personally.  All shipping costs are billed at the class insured postal rate, UPS insured rate , or over  ground express insured rate, which ever is used.  The cost of this service is passed on to the client by inclusion of this amount in the COD or the final invoice billed.
